Every order placed on The Real Medico is final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for each order. Nothing is mass-produced or held in stock. Because your item is created fresh the moment you place an order, we are unable to resell or restock returned goods. This policy allows us to keep prices fair for the entire community of healthcare professionals we serve.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit or you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement. This is a goodwill gesture — not an entitlement under this policy.

Sizing, Colour & Personal Preference

Refunds or replacements are not issued for size selection errors, slight colour variation due to screen calibration, or personal preference. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances outside our control do not qualify for a refund. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Real Medico+ Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future billing and your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
