We try to represent colors as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. Color variation is not grounds for a return or refund.

Most t-shirts are 100% combed cotton or cotton-polyester blends. Full material details are on each product page.

All sales on The Real Medico are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed. Our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for each order, so we are unable to resell or restock returned goods.

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed — production begins immediately. Please review your cart, size, and delivery address carefully before completing checkout.

If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit or you received the wrong item entirely, contact us at support@therealmedico.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and may offer a replacement at our discretion. This is a goodwill gesture — not a guaranteed right under our policy.

Unfortunately no. Size selection errors are not covered under any replacement or refund. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and all major digital wallets via Razorpay. International cards are also accepted.

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.

COD is not currently available. We are working on adding this option soon.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your benefits continue until the end of the billing period. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.
